ColorByNumbers ("the app") is a color-by-numbers puzzle game. This page explains what data the app collects and how it's used.
The app does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information (name, email, phone number) to use it. When you first open the app, it creates an anonymous, randomly-generated identifier via Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). This identifier is used solely to:
This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any other personally identifying information, and is stored only on our servers (Google Cloud Firestore) and on your device.
Puzzles you complete are saved directly to your device's Photos library, if you choose to save them. We never receive, store, or have access to your completed artwork — it stays entirely on your device.
The app has no chat, no comments, no feed, no user profiles, and no way for one user's content to be seen by another user. It does not let you upload your own photos — all puzzle artwork is curated by us. Your finished coloring stays on your device; we have no mechanism for you to share it within the app.
Token purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment information — Apple handles all billing.
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting) to operate the app's backend. We do not use advertising networks, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
You can permanently delete your token balance and usage data at any time from Settings → Delete My Data in the app.
This app is not directed at children and is not listed in the Kids Category.
